Shipping Process

After you have placed your order, it normally takes between 1 and 3 working days to get your order ready for shipping.

Once dispatched, I will provide you with the corresponding tracking number that can be looked up on the Royal Mail website to track your order.

 

Shipping Provider 

I ship from the UK with Royal Mail. All orders are shipped using their "Tracked 24" service. International orders will be shipped with tracked service, tracked and signed can be chosen on request.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary and depend hugely on the shipping provider and international partners. Please note for international orders, that these might get inspected by Customs, which might delay shipping times.

As a general guideline, the following delivery times might apply:

UK: 1-3 working days

Europe/USA/Canada: 2-3 weeks

Australia/New Zealand: 2-4 weeks

However, these are only rough estimates and delivery might take longer at busy times like Christmas for instance. 

 

Shipping Costs

All orders will be shipped "tracked & signed", with the price for postage and packaging being as follows:

UK: 3.50 GBP

Europe / Overseas: 10 GBP

USA: 15 GBP (which includes new custom charges)

 

Customs and Handling Fees

Depending on where you live you might get charged customs, VAT, or handling fees in addition. I suggest checking with your local Customs and Post office for further details.
