Orders & Delivery

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

Please view our Refund Policy for further information related to returns.  

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, using their "Tracked & Signed for" service. Once dispatched, I will provide you with the corresponding tracking number, so you can track your order accordingly.

All shipments are from the UK, and international orders might get inspected by Customs, which may involve extra charges in terms of VAT, custom and handling fees. 

I strongly suggest checking with your local Customs and Post office for further details.

I'm shipping within the UK as well as to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

After placing your order, it normally will be ready for shipping within 1 to 3 working days. Shipping times vary and depend hugely on the shipping provider and international partners, as well as the destination.

While it shouldn't take more than 2 working days for shipments within the UK, it might take several weeks for international orders. You can find rough estimates in our Shipping Policy.

First, I suggest checking the provided tracking number on the Royal Mail website for updates. For international orders, you might get forwarded online to your local Post office or regional courier service for a more accurate delivery status. 

If the rough estimates in our Shipping Policy have passed, and you still haven't received your order, please get in touch either via my contact form or email me at irmelawerner@yahoo.de.

In case you received a damaged or wrong item, please reach out to me as soon as possible after delivery. Ideally, include your order number and a brief issue description when messaging me or using the contact form, so we can evaluate further steps.  

Gift Cards

As per our Refund Policy, gift cards are considered non-refundable, so the purchase is final. 

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After these two years, the related voucher code will expire and cannot be redeemed any longer or be replaced.

Each gift card holds a monetary value which can be redeemed against our products from irmycreations.com.

Currently, there is no option to send gift cards directly to the recipient. After the completed check-out, you will receive the gift card including a unique code via email. You can then either forward or print the email, or provide the desired recipient with the link.

First, I suggest checking the code provided or ideally use the "Copy code" link in the gift card email. If you still encounter issues while redeeming your gift card, please get in touch either via my contact form or email me at irmelawerner@yahoo.de.

Our Refund Policy applies. However, please note that no direct refund will be offered. The applicable amount will be credited to the gift card the purchase was made on while the original expiry date remains.

Me & my work

I live and work on the North East coast of England, so all orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom. 

All jewellery you can find on this page is handcrafted in my little studio. Each piece is designed, made, wrapped and shipped by myself. 

Using different tools and techniques, I mainly work with silver clay, natural gemstones, and Ecosilver. If you are looking for further details for a specific piece, please take a look at the product description or contact me

While I have done the occasional commissioned work in the past, I do enjoy my creative freedom and do not offer "made to order" pieces at the moment.

I'm fortunate enough having turned my passion into my profession, but at the end of the day I'm still a "one-woman show". That being said, I usually work from Monday to Friday and won't ship or may not be responsive in terms of emails over the weekend.
